Sports Desk: In the third Test match being played between Pakistan and England, Pakistan wicketkeeper Mohammad Rizwan has achieved a feat by leaving behind his compatriot former captain and wicketkeeper Sarfaraz Ahmed. Rizwan completed 2000 runs in Test cricket in the match being played at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium. With this, he has become the fastest Pakistani wicketkeeper to complete 2000 runs in Test cricket.

Mohammad Rizwan completed the figure of 2000 runs in 57 innings. Whereas Sarfaraz Ahmed took 59 innings to score 2000 runs. He had completed 2000 runs in 59 innings. Rizwan was able to save his place after some players were out after the first test. After the defeat in the first test, the board had dropped players like Babar Azam, Shaheen Afridi.

Rizwan needed only 16 runs to achieve this record before the start of the match. He achieved this feat by scoring 25 runs facing 46 balls in the first innings of the third Test. After Shan Masood's dismissal, Mohammad Rizwan came to bat but could not last long. Rehan Ahmed dismissed Rizwan.

In this test, the England team scored 267 runs in the first innings. In reply, Pakistan team scored 344 runs and took a lead of 77 runs. Saud Shakeel played a century innings for Pakistan. He scored 134 runs. Apart from that, Sajid Khan and Noman Khan added 72 runs in the end. Sajid Khan contributed 48 runs and Noman contributed 45 runs. In the second innings, the England team is playing on 15 runs without losing any wicket.
