Mohammed Shami: The Board of Control for Cricket in India has recently announced the Team India squad for the 5-Test Border-Gavaskar series against Australia. According to the possibility, Indian team's fast bowler Mohammed Shami has not got a place in this squad. This is quite disappointing for Shami because he was hoping to make a comeback in international cricket from this series.

It was believed that he could return from the Australia tour but a few days ago he got injured in his knee again, after which he is now out of the Australia tour. Shami's test career has been excellent. He has taken 229 wickets in 64 tests. He has done the feat of taking 5 wickets 6 times. His best performance has been 6 wickets for 56. He has 195 wickets in 101 ODIs and 24 wickets in 23 T20s.
