Mohan Bhagwat : Don’t look at the Sangh through the lens of BJP…; RSS Sarsanghchalak Mohan Bhagwat expressed his determination to become Vishwaguru

Mohan Bhagwat in West Bengal : Kolkata : In the program of the 100th lecture series of the RSS, the Sangh’s Sarsanghchalak Mohan Bhagwat has once again explained the thoughts and the course of the Sangh. In a Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh lecture series held in Kolkata, RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat commented on the purpose and mission of the Sangh. He stated that understanding the team from a specific point of view or comparison can be misleading. Bhagwat also expressed a clear opinion that the Sangh is a general service organization and the Sangh should not be viewed from the BJP’s point of view.

Mohan Bhagwat emphasized on the basic purpose of forming the Sangh. He said, “The answer to the founding of the Sangh is one sentence: ‘Bharat Mata Ki Jai’. Here, India is not just a country, but a name for a unique ethos and tradition. Our mission is to uphold that tradition and prepare society to make India a global leader again.” He also said that the Sangh was not born out of any political motive, competition or opposition. “The Sangh is dedicated to the organisation, progress and protection of Hindu society,” expressed Mohan Bhagwat.

Given the context of history

Mohan Bhagwat gave historical examples in his speech, after the death of Subhash Chandra Bose, the armed struggle against the British ended, but the process of social reforms started from the time of Raja Ram Mohan Roy continued. He described it as an island in the sea, which kept moving forward. Mohan Bhagwat also said that now we need to strengthen our society. India has a great heritage and we should be ready to lead the world. “In the past, we lost the war against the British, but now we have to strengthen our society,” opines Mohan Bhagwat.

Bhagwat’s speech also emphasized the importance of the Sangh, India’s power and global role, the Sangh’s aim is not only political but also to revive the prosperity and cultural spirit of the society.

Bhagwat’s tour of West Bengal

Mohan Bhagwat is currently on a tour of West Bengal. He is on a four-day tour of West Bengal from December 18. According to political experts, the visit is significant as it is coming just before the upcoming assembly elections. During this visit, Bhagwat has been discussing important matters regarding the spread of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh in the state and its ideology
