Recently she shared her ‘Power Morning Routine’, adopting which she starts every day with peace and positive thinking.

Samantha says that if the morning starts well, its effect is visible on the entire day. She tried many different morning routines, but finally found a simple method, which she calls her ‘Power Morning’. According to the actress, weight gain, skin related problems and many other health problems are related to our daily habits. When you wake up in the morning, stress hormones are naturally high in the body, so it is very important to start the day in the right way.

First tip of morning routine

1. Stay away from the phone for an hour after waking up in the morning

2. Intentional breathing (take deep breaths)

According to Samantha Ruth Prabhu, the habit of breathing deeply and slowly for a few minutes in the morning is beneficial for both body and mind. This makes the body feel relaxed and the mind gets peace. He says that this simple habit helps in reducing stress and can also be helpful in fat burning by improving the body’s metabolism.

3. Take morning sunlight

According to Samantha, sit or walk in the sun for some time about 10 minutes after waking up in the morning. Light sunlight in the morning helps in maintaining better energy of the body.

4. Morning detox drink

Samantha drinks a detox drink every morning to keep her body hydrated and improve digestion. It can be made by mixing lemon, turmeric, apple cider vinegar, a pinch of red chili powder (if desired) and a little organic olive oil in lukewarm water.

5. Have a balanced breakfast

Always start the day with a healthy and balanced breakfast, avoid eating empty stomach or junk food in the morning, so that the body can get the necessary nutrition.

6. Keep the body active

Samantha says that do any kind of physical activity like walk, yoga or exercise before 11 am. This speeds up metabolism and maintains energy in the body throughout the day.

7. Drink tea or coffee only after breakfast

If you drink tea or coffee, do not take it on an empty stomach, first have a healthy breakfast, then drink tea or coffee. This can help in keeping blood sugar and stress levels balanced.

8. Set a goal for the day

Every morning Samantha decides one important task for the day and writes it down. This increases the focus of the mind, distracts less and makes it easier to work on your goals throughout the day.
