Material

2 cups flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup water (as required)

200 grams chopped vegetables (cabbage, carrot, onion)

1/2 tsp black pepper powder

1/2 tsp ginger-garlic paste

1 teaspoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon oil

Method

If you want to make market-like momos at home, then first knead the flour as before and keep it aside. After kneading the flour, now start preparing the stuffing. Now heat oil in a pan. Add ginger-garlic paste and fry lightly. Add chopped vegetables and fry on medium flame for 5-7 minutes. Finally add salt as per taste. , Keep in mind that the vegetables for stuffing should be finely chopped. Now add soya sauce and black pepper powder and mix well. Stuffing is ready. After preparing the stuffing, make small balls of flour and roll them thinly. Make small rotis, fill them with stuffing and shape them into momos. After making momos, keep it aside.

After this, pour some water in a deep pan and boil it. Place a stand or plate in the water so that the momos do not touch the water. Apply oil on the plate and place the momos. Cover the pan well with a lid. Let the momos cook on medium flame for 10-15 minutes, until they start appearing transparent. Remove the prepared momos and serve with chutney.
