  • Corn flour – 2 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder – ½ tsp
  • Salt – as per taste
  • Oil – for frying
  • Green coriander – a little (optional)

Easy method of making noodles pakodas

First of all, boil the instant noodles lightly for 2 minutes. Keep in mind that the noodles should not be too soft. After this, drain the water and cool them.

Add boiled noodles to a large bowl. Add onion, capsicum, carrot, green chilli and green coriander to it. Now add gram flour, corn flour, red chilli powder, black pepper and salt and mix well.

If the mixture seems a little dry, you can add 1-2 teaspoons of water. Now shape small pakodas with hands or put them directly in the oil with the help of a spoon.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the pakodas on medium flame until they become golden and crispy. Keep in mind that the flame should not be too high otherwise the pakodas may burn from outside and remain raw from inside.
