Tata CLiQ has announced an exclusive partnership with the American lifestyle brand Guess to introduce Guess Jeans in India. This collaboration aims to strengthen the presence of Guess Jeans across the country through both physical stores and Tata CLiQ’s digital platform, reported Times of India. The partnership reflects a shared commitment to providing Indian consumers with trendy merchandise and an innovative shopping experience.

Tata CLiQ, an online shopping portal specializing in fashion and lifestyle products for men, women, and children, operates under Tata Digital, a private company owned by Tata Sons. Tata UniStore Limited (TUL) oversees the e-commerce platform, which is part of the diversified Tata Group.

As of October 2024, Tata Trusts held a 66% stake in Tata Sons, with Noel N. Tata serving as chairman of the Trusts. The Trusts comprise the Sir Ratan Tata Trust and Allied Trusts, as well as the Sir Dorabji Tata Trust and Allied Trusts.
