Mooli Cutlet Recipe: During the cold season, very good radish comes in the market and we make many types of dishes from it like radish parathas, radish pakodas. Today we will tell you the recipe for making radish cutlets. These are very tasty and healthy snacks, which are especially liked in winter.
Here an easy and delicious recipe for making radish cutlets and coriander-mint chutney is being given. So let us know how to make it.
Material
- Radish (grated) – 2 medium sized
- Boiled potatoes – 2
- Finely chopped green chilli – 1
- Finely chopped ginger – 1 tsp
- Green Coriander – 2 tbsp (chopped)
- Cumin – 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
- Chaat masala – 1/2 tsp
- salt to taste
- Semolina or breadcrumbs – 1/2 cup (to coat the cutlets)
- Oil – for frying
Method (Mooli Cutlet Recipe)
- First of all, grate the radish and extract its water. Wrap it in a cloth and press it well to remove water, so that the cutlets become crispy.
- In a large vessel, add boiled potatoes, grated radish, green chilli, ginger, cumin, red chilli powder, turmeric, chaat masala and salt and mix well.
- Knead the mixture well with hands. If the mixture seems too wet then add some semolina or breadcrumbs to harden it.
- Now make small balls, press them in the shape of cutlets and place them on a plate. Heat oil on a pan and fry the cutlets in it until they become golden and crispy from both sides. Take out the prepared cutlets on a paper towel so that the excess oil is absorbed. Go.
