Moradabad DM’s big action against accountant giving fake information about government land, investigation is also going on in Nazul Land NOC case

Moradabad. Accountant Sunil Sharma, accused of giving fake information regarding government land of Police Line in Moradabad district of UP, has been found guilty in the departmental investigation. After this, the DM punished Revenue Inspector Sunil Sharma and reverted him to the basic salary. Along with this, DM has also removed accountant Sunil from Civil Lines and transferred him to Thakurdwara. An investigation was conducted against Sunil Sharma regarding a report given on the police line land. The accountant was accused of submitting a wrong report. On the basis of this report, government land was being shown in favor of a private person. DM Anuj Singh had ordered investigation in this matter.

The investigation proved that the information given by the accountant was false and beyond the facts. After completion of the departmental inquiry, District Magistrate Anuj Singh has reverted accountant Sunil Sharma to his basic salary as punishment. He has been transferred by Thakurdwara. Accountant Sunil Sharma is also being investigated in the case of NOC given regarding Nazul land of a hospital while he was in Civil Lines.

An administrative officer says that the NOC filed by the doctor in MDA has the signature of Accountant Sunil Sharma and the unreadable signature of the Tehsildar. In this case, accountant Sunil Sharma was asked in writing by the officials whether he had given any such NOC report? So the accountant replied that he did not remember, if he was shown a copy of the NOC then he could tell something after seeing it. When the copy of the NOC was searched, neither any such NOC was found in the entire tehsil and Nazul nor any document or serial number etc. of the issue of NOC was found. In this case also investigation is going on against Sunil Sharma.

After a complaint to the Prime Minister regarding construction of DMR Hospital on government Nazul land through fake NOC, the investigation of the matter has been handed over to District Magistrate Moradabad. A complaint about this matter was made to the Prime Minister on behalf of Purdafash. After this the investigation has been handed over to District Magistrate Moradabad. In the official letter issued by the Housing and Urban Planning Section-4 of the Uttar Pradesh Government, it has been said that please take action as per the rules regarding this matter. DMR Hospital is being constructed illegally on government Nazul land. The role of Moradabad Development Authority in this is also completely doubtful. In fact, when this complaint was made from the Chief Minister to the District Magistrate, Dr. Manjesh Rathi continued the construction of the hospital with the connivance of some officials of Moradabad Development Authority, Accountant and Tehsildar.

The most important thing is that, in this entire matter, there has been a lot of contradiction between the Commissioner, Moradabad Development Authority and District Magistrate Moradabad. Moradabad Development Authority has continuously tried to defend itself, while the DM had once given instructions for investigation.
