Health and wellness startup Mosaic Wellness has raised ₹200 Cr primary capital in a funding round from 360One Asset, along with an undisclosed secondary infusion.
The secondary capital gave partial exit to Spring Marketing Capital, one of the early investors in Mosaic Wellness.
The Thane-based startup plans to deploy the fresh capital to accelerate investments in growth opportunities across the consumer health and wellness ecosystem.
With the funding, 360One has joined Elevation Capital, Peak XV Partners, Z47, and Think Investments on Mosaic Wellness’ cap table. Spring Marketing Capital will continue to own a stake in the startup.
Founded in 2020 by Revant Bhate and Dhyanesh Shah, Mosaic Wellness runs digital health platforms Man Matters, Be Bodywise and Little Joys, offering products and services for men, women and children, respectively. The platforms offer telemedicine consultation services, supplements, and other wellness products.
It also runs a brand called RootLabs, which focuses on offering nutrient gummies made of natural ingredients like ashwagandha, shilajit, turmeric, and sea moss.
Prior to this, the startup raised $20 Mn in its Series C round from Think Investments.
On the financial front, Mosaic Wellness managed to cut its consolidated net loss by 70% to ₹11.8 Cr in the financial year 2024-25 (FY25) from ₹38.8 Cr in the previous fiscal year, on the back of strong revenue growth and improvement in margins. Meanwhile, its top line zoomed 120% to ₹736.1 Cr during the year under review from ₹333.3 Cr in FY24.
Mosaic Wellness competes with the likes of BabyOrgano, Ekincare, The Good Bug, among others.
The development comes at a time when D2C health and wellness brands are taking the centre stage as customers are inclining towards healthy lifestyle choices. Brands like wellness beverage brand TOVA, The Whole Truth, SuperYou, among others have recently raised funds to tap on this growing opportunity.
