Prepare the bananas: First of all, peel the ripe bananas, take them out in a bowl and mash them well with the help of a fork. Keep in mind that there should not be any big pieces in it.
Heat ghee: Add desi ghee in a heavy bottomed pan. When the ghee melts, add finely chopped nuts to it and fry until light golden and take out in a plate.

Add Sweeteners: When the bananas are roasted well, add sugar or jaggery powder to it. Cook it until the sugar dissolves completely and the halwa starts leaving the pan.
Enhance Taste: Finally add cardamom powder, saffron milk and roasted dry fruits and mix well. Cook for 1-2 more minutes and turn off the gas.
