The Moto G Stylus 5G (2025) has surfaced online. Going by the name, it is only likely to arrive next year. Meanwhile, a leaked render of the alleged handset has surfaced, showcasing the expected design of the Moto G Stylus (2024) successor. The rumoured smartphone is likely to get a bigger rear camera module than the existing model. Currently, the Moto G Stylus was just launched in some markets this May.
Moto G Stylus 5G (2025) Design, Launch (Expected)
Android Headlines published a design render of the Moto G Stylus 5G (2025). And it is said to feature a design that is quite the same as the existing Moto G Stylus 5G (2024) but with a larger rear camera module. As seen in the 2024 model, it has a dual rear camera unit. According to the recently leaked design, a triple rear camera arrangement will be found in the 2025 variant.
A slightly elevated rectangular island located at the top left of the rear panel of the Moto G Stylus 5G (2025) accommodates four cutouts. They are expected to house three cameras and one LED unit, the report says. The screen of the alleged new smartphone is flat with narrow bezels and a slightly thicker chin. A centred hole-punch slot at the very top of the display will host the selfie camera, allegedly.
Leaked images show that the sides of the Moto G Stylus 5G (2025) are flat just like its predecessor. Volume rocker and the power button will be placed at the right side of the handset whereas SIM slot will come on the left side. It has been reported that the opening for the stylus slot is going to be provided in the bottom edge of the handset, similar to the model that already exists.
The report shows that if the company sticks to its standard launch schedule, it can unveil the device in May 2025. Sources claimed that the codename for the Moto G Stylus 5G (2025) is Houston.

It comes bundled with Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC, and a 5,000mAh battery that supports 30W wired fast charging. It is also equipped with a 6.7-inch full-HD+ pOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, accompanied by Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The phone is shipped with Android 14-based Hello UI.
Camera department What you’re going to get is the dual rear camera unit featuring a 50-megapixel main sensor and a 13-megapixel ultra-wide shooter. Up front is a 32-megapixel sensor. The device is IP52-rated, and for all its affordability, Moto G Stylus 5G (2024) does come with some snazzy color options. It has the vegan leather finish and Caramel Latte, as well as Scarlet Wave. It starts at $399.99, which in turn is Rs. 33,600 for the 8GB + 256GB version.
