Motorola is going to launch its new smartphone Motorola Edge 70 Pro in India. Even before the launch, many important features of this phone have been revealed, due to which the discussion about it has intensified among tech lovers. According to reports, this device will come with a large 6500mAh battery, AMOLED display with 144Hz refresh rate and powerful Dimensity 8500 chipset. Its design and some special specifications have also been confirmed through Flipkart listing, which can make it a strong contender in the mid-range segment.

Specifications of Motorola Edge 70 Pro
According to the Flipkart page, the Motorola Edge 70 Pro features a 6.8-inch AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution, up to 144Hz refresh rate, and up to 5200 nits peak brightness. The display has been protected with Gorilla Glass 7i. The phone comes with MIL-STD-810H military-grade durability and IP68/69 rating, making it dust and water resistant.

The phone has Dimensity 8500 Extreme chipset, with which up to 12GB of LPDDR5x RAM is available. It has a large 6500mAh battery, which supports 90W fast charging. This device comes with Hello UX based on Android 16. For better cooling, it has been provided with a 4600mm² vapor chamber cooling system.

Motorola Edge 70 Pro will get 3 years of OS updates and 5 years of security updates. For audio, it has Dolby Atmos tuned dual speakers. Talking about the camera, it will have a 50MP primary camera with Sony LYT-710 sensor, while the information about the rest of the cameras has not been revealed yet.

Launch date and expected price
Moto has officially confirmed that the Motorola Edge 70 Pro will be launched in India on April 22. This phone will be available in three Pantone color options. These include Lily White (marble finish), Tea (green colour, satin lux finish) and Titan (blue colour, fabric finish).

Its price has not been revealed yet, but the launch price of Edge 70 was ₹29,999, so it is expected that the price of Edge 70 Pro could be less than ₹40,000.
