When and where is it released?
Toy Story 5 is currently releasing only in theaters from ’19 June 2026′. It can also be seen in IMAX and 3D formats. As far as OTT release is concerned, the film is not available on any platform yet. Being a Disney film, it is likely to be streamed on ‘Disney+’ in the future. According to reports, the film may arrive on ‘Disney+’ around September 2026, although its official announcement has not been made yet.

However, the film has just been released, so the final figures of the official worldwide box office collection have not been revealed. But initial interest is pointing towards it being a big hit.
Review: How is the film?
The biggest strength of Toy Story 5 is its emotional story. As always, Pixar has created a great balance of laughter, thrill and emotions. There are many such scenes in the film which can make the old viewer emotional. This time the center of the story is Jesse, who has got a lot of screen time. The pairing of Woody and Buzz also takes the audience into old memories. The new character ‘Lilypad’ brings freshness to the film and welcomes the modern era. Talking about animation, Pixar has once again done a great job at the technical level. Every frame appears rich in colors, detailing and visual quality. The background score and Randy Newman’s music also strengthen the emotional impact of the film. However, some viewers believe that the franchise should have ended with Toy Story 4. The film has been praised in many comments on social media, but some people have also raised questions whether this sequel was really needed. Despite this, most of the answers seem positive.
