MP Hema Malini reaches Delhi to attend International Film Festival, tribute will be paid to late actor Dharmendra
New Delhi. Actress and Lok Sabha MP Hema Malini is eagerly waiting to attend the International Film Festival Delhi 2026 starting from Wednesday in Delhi. Before the inauguration of the festival in Delhi, MP Malini told that a special tribute will be paid to her late husband, famous actor Dharmendra, at IFFD. Malini said that I would like to congratulate Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta for organizing the International Film Festival in Delhi. This will last for 4-5 days. He has also invited many artists. Many artists will be honored in the festival and tribute is also being paid to Dharam ji.

Starting on Wednesday evening at the Bharat Mandapam, the festival will begin with a grand opening ceremony to be hosted by Arjun Kapoor and Nimrat Kaur. The evening will include actors like Vicky Kaushal, Sanya Malhotra, Siddhant Chaturvedi, Anupam Kher and Lauren Gottlieb. Which will mark the beginning of a week that will see the best talent and exchange of ideas between different industries. The International Film Festival of Delhi, organized by the Delhi Tourism and Transport Development Corporation (DTTDC) in collaboration with the Government of Delhi and with KPMG as the knowledge partner, is a citywide festival. Which showcases Indian and International cinema as well as makes film culture accessible to audiences across the capital. The one-week festival, running from March 25 to March 31, 2026, will feature a series of film screenings, discussions and industry events across different venues in New Delhi, bringing together filmmakers, industry professionals and audiences from across the globe.
