Death by eating poisonous market?
According to the report, three more wild elephants have died after consuming poisonous substance in Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve i.e. BTR of Madhya Pradesh, taking the number of deaths so far this week to 10. It is being told that this herd of elephants had gone to the market field. Had market food there. In this area, old and elderly farmers have been cultivating traditional coarse grains. They believe that if a pair of cobras roam around in the field during the mating period of the millet crop, then the crop of that area becomes poisonous.

Investigative agencies engaged in investigation
At the same time, veterinarians have also expressed apprehension that there could be a possibility of mycotoxins related to the market. Madhya Pradesh administration is busy investigating the death of elephants. From Forest Department to Animal Health Department is also in action mode. It is being told that the team will investigate in an area of 5 kilometers.
