MP Police Constable 2026: Posting of 6800 constables in MP Police, 2070 women also included, joining may take 15 days

6800 Recruits Get District Allocation: मUnder Dhya Pradesh Police Recruitment 2025, the result for a total of 6,800 posts of the district police force has been released, in which 2,070 women have been selected. According to the Police Headquarters, all the passed candidates have been allotted their districts on the basis of merit and priority. Now soon joining letters will be handed over to all these selected candidates.

Joining may take 15 days

Most of the candidates had chosen the districts near their homes, hence those who scored good marks got the districts of their choice first. According to officials, it may take about 15 days for the job to start. During this, first there will be a medical test of the candidates and then the police will verify their character to ensure that there is no criminal case against them.

The appointment process will have to be completed within a month

Police Headquarters has instructed all the districts to complete the recruitment process within a month. There was a 35 percent quota for women in this recruitment, according to which 2,380 posts were available for them. However, due to the order of the High Court, the results of 13 percent posts have been withheld and the results for the remaining posts have been declared.

Recruitment was done for 7,500 posts

The Staff Selection Board had issued this recruitment for a total of 7,500 posts, which includes 6,800 posts of District Police Force and the remaining posts of Special Armed Forces (SAF). The special thing is that women are not recruited in SAF, hence only 4,450 men have been selected in it.
