Mumbai Mumbai. Recently, a fan made a photoshopped video of herself celebrating Diwali with Mrunal Thakur, which caught the actress' attention, and prompted her to criticize her. However, shortly after, she deleted the comment, leaving fans confused as she re-shared his video on her Instagram Story and praised him.
Mrinal's comment read, “Brother why are you giving yourself false solace? You think what you are doing right now is cool? Nope!”
Later, in a video, the Jersey actress shared a clarification, saying, “Hey guys, will you guys take the child's life? I made that comment. And the first time I saw it I was happy. I was like, ' Well, I am celebrating Diwali with someone else.
“Then, I opened his page and then I saw that he edited his videos with every single actress. My heart broke. I was so sad. But I love his editing skills. And I really pray And I hope he uses his art for the right things. But he may not have bad intentions. I just hope he doesn't break any more people's hearts.”
“Hope you edit good films one day! Good luck happy Diwali,” Thakur wrote on his Instagram story.
On the work front, Mrunal made a special appearance in Nag Ashwin's Kalki 2898 AD, starring Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan and Disha Patani in the lead roles. Earlier, she has worked with Vijay Deverakonda in the Telugu film The Family Star. After this, Mrunal will act in Pooja Meri Jaan, Hai Jawaani Toh Ishq Hona Hai and Son of Sardar 2.
