Big changes and new strategy in CSK
Although Dhoni handed over the captaincy to Ruturaj Gaikwad in 2024, the last season of the team has been disappointing. The team is at the bottom of the points table with only four wins in 14 matches. Perhaps this is why there is a lot of turmoil in the team this season. Star all-rounders Ravindra Jadeja and Sam Curran have now joined Rajasthan Royals. CSK has traded Sanju Samson from Rajasthan, which is being seen as preparation for the post-Dhoni era.
