Took part in shooting drills

Along with this, Mahi also took part in shooting drills with weapons and spent time with commando officers. Dhoni’s love for the Indian Army is not hidden from anyone. In 2011, he was awarded the honorary rank of Lieutenant Colonel by the Territorial Army.

Not played a single match yet in IPL 2026

Former Chennai Super Kings captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni has not been able to play a single match so far in IPL 2026. Even before the start of the season, CSK had informed that Dhoni has been out of the first few matches due to calf stain injury.
