The health minister said that youth club volunteers will go door to door and give tokens to people. You have to carry that token with you. You have to carry your Aadhaar Card and Voter Card with you. Your cards will be processed absolutely free. Not even a penny will be taken from anyone. No one has to pay even a single rupee.
