Multi utility sports complex to be built in Dilkusha Garden at a cost of Rs 10 crore, MoU signed

Lucknow, Read: With the initiative of Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, a multi-utility sports complex will be built near Dilkusha Garden under Cantonment Council Lucknow at a cost of Rs 10 crore. It will be funded by Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) from its CSR initiative. In this regard, an MOU was signed between Cantonment Board Lucknow and HAL on Thursday. Chief Executive Officer Abhishek Rathore signed the MoU on behalf of Cantonment Board and General Manager KK Bhatt on behalf of HAL.

Officials said that facilities like badminton court, boxing arena, pickleball court, table tennis court hall etc. will be available in the multi utility sports complex. It will be dedicated to the people. On this occasion, HAL’s HR SS Chandel, CSR Committee members and Satyendra Kumar Singh, Yogesh Verma, Manish Kumar and Satbir Singh Raju from Cantonment Board Lucknow were present.
