Ingredients for making Mutton
Flour Mutton
Onion
tomato
garlic
Ginger
Red chilli powder
green chili
salt
Whole Garam Masala
Bay leaf
black pepper
mustard oil
Asafoetida
turmeric

How to make it
First, marinate the mutton in all the spices like turmeric, coriander powder, red chilli powder, and salt and let it sit for some time.
Now, heat mustard oil in a pan and add asafoetida, whole Garam Masala, oil leaf, black pepper, and 2-4 whole red chillies and lightly fry them.
Now, add the onion and fry until golden brown.
When the onion is fried, fry the mutton in it properly. Once the mutton is fried, add the tomato and fry it well.
When the mutton is fried and starts to smell, add ginger-garlic paste and fry.
Now add mutton masala or chicken masala and cook it properly.
