New Delhi: QIP of Gautam Adani’s company Adani Enterprises is getting tremendous response. Quantum Mutual Fund has shown the most interest in this company of Adani Group. He paid Rs. Besides, other quant schemes like Quant ELSS Tax Saver Fund, Quant Active Fund and Quant Flexi Cap Fund have also captured a large share of over 7 per cent in QIP.

Overall, the per share of various schemes of Quant Mutual Fund is Rs. Over 66.6 lakh shares have been allotted at the issue price of Rs 2,962. With this investment, Quant Mutual Fund has purchased approximately 0.58 per cent (post-issue) equity stake in Adani Enterprises through various schemes.

These investors also bought stake
Other key participants also participated in the QIP of Adani Enterprises. In which Winroro Commercial (India) Ltd bought 12.5 per cent stake, while Tree Line Asia Master Fund (Singapore) Pte Ltd got 5.95 per cent of the total allotment. Along with this, SBI Life Insurance Company Limited Rs. An allocation of 5.06 percent has been received for an estimated investment of more than Rs 212 crore.

How much money did the company raise?
