Muzaffarnagar Madarsa News: A disturbing incident has come to light from Muzaffarnagar district of Uttar Pradesh. The video of the actions of a 70 year old Maulana in Jamia Islamia Gulzar e Mohammadi Madrasa of Shahpur police station area went viral on social media. In the video, Maulana is seen committing adultery with a minor. As soon as this matter came to light, the police took action and arrested Maulana.
According to the information received, Maulana’s name is Iqbal and he is a resident of Tavali. It is being told that the viral video is from the year 2024 and this video was secretly recorded by someone in his phone.
Video surfaced after one and a half years
This incident came to light when after about one and a half years, the video of Maulana’s brutality went viral on social media. As soon as the video surfaced, the student’s family members came to know about this incident and when they asked the student about it, he told the entire story of the brutality. According to the student, Maulana used to force himself on him and when he protested, he threatened him that if he told this to anyone, it would be very bad.
Case registered against Maulana
The family members reached Shahpur police station without any delay and submitted a written complaint to the police and demanded strict action against the accused. Seeing the seriousness of the matter, the police immediately took cognizance and registered a case under serious sections of POCSO and BNS.
What did the police say?
SP Rural Aditya Bansal said that an objectionable video had surfaced on social media, in which an elderly Maulana was seen raping a minor. The police took immediate action and identified the victim and the accused. After receiving the complaint of the victim’s father, a case was registered under relevant sections.

The police arrested the accused Maulana Iqbal and presented him in the court, from where he was sent to jail. Police say that strict action will be taken in the case and no culprit will be spared. After the incident came to light, there is huge anger in the area and people are demanding strict punishment against the accused. At present the police is seriously investigating the entire matter.
