Power couple actor Naga Chaitanya and his wife Sobhita Dhulipala recently celebrated their first anniversary on December 4, 2026, and months after their wedding anniversary, the couple took a serene trip to the iconic Jagannath Temple, offering prayers and seeking blessings.

Several photos and videos of Naga Chaitanya and his wife Sobhita Dhulipala, dressed in traditional attire, with the couple walking towards the shrine, have gone viral. Naga wore a dhoti, and Sobhita wore a red saree. The couple offered prayers, with Chaitanya greeting fans with “Jai Jagannath.”

Many devotees and fans gathered nearby. However, his security helped him and Sohbita make their way to the temple.

Although Naga attended Rashmika-Vijay’s reception, Sobhita skipped it. Sobhita’s absence and her not holding hands or even standing close to Naga during the spiritual visit drew massive backlash. Many said that even after a year of marriage, Naga and Sobhita seem aloof, and that the compatibility and spark appear to be missing. Many even derived the conclusion that Sobhita could be expecting her first child with Naga, as she has gained some weight.

The two actors were first linked in 2022, about a year after Chaitanya’s divorce from Samantha Ruth Prabhu. While they initially chose not to address the dating rumours publicly, speculation about their relationship grew after fans noticed them sharing pictures from similar vacation destinations and being spotted together on trips.

Their relationship eventually became official in August 2024 when the couple got engaged at a private ceremony in Hyderabad. A few months later, they exchanged wedding vows in December, following a series of traditional pre-wedding celebrations attended by their inner circle.
