Nam Long launches sales of 68 villas on Dai Phuoc Island
The villas feature Mediterranean-inspired architecture and are part of a development positioned with resort-style amenities.
Elyse Island is an urban development located on Dai Phuoc Island, a natural island on the Dong Nai River in the former Nhon Trach District. The project is jointly developed by Nam Long and Nishi-Nippon Railroad (NNR), a Japanese company with more than a century of experience in infrastructure and urban development.

According to the developer, Elyse Island has met all legal requirements for sales. The initial launch includes 68 villas in Zone C, offered to a selected group of customers and investors. The project forms part of Nam Long’s Legacy Collection, which focuses on higher-end residential developments, following earlier projects such as The Pearl at the Waterpoint urban area.
Elyse Island is bordered by a 1.5-kilometer stretch of the Dong Nai River and is connected to Ho Chi Minh City, Long Thanh International Airport, and nearby areas through major infrastructure routes, including Ring Road 3, the Ho Chi Minh City–Long Thanh–Dau Giay Expressway, and the Ben Luc–Long Thanh Expressway.
Covering approximately 45 hectares, the development is planned to include villa clusters, public facilities, green spaces, water features, and an internal road network. Nam Long said the project follows a “green-nature-resort” development orientation, with an emphasis on privacy and environmental integration.

Lucas Loh, CEO of Nam Long Group, said Elyse Island is designed as an island urban area that combines proximity to nature with high-end living standards. He noted that green spaces play an important role in supporting residents’ well-being and daily living experiences.
The villas are designed in a Mediterranean style with Southern European influences, incorporating natural ventilation and daylight. The layouts include front and rear gardens and defined setbacks to support privacy and connectivity with the surrounding landscape. Landscape planning is based on a human-centered approach, intended to encourage interaction within the residential community.

Internal amenities at Elyse Island follow a resort-oriented model, with the Elyse Clubhouse as a central feature. Covering about 2 hectares, the clubhouse includes a marina, sports, dining, and entertainment areas, as well as an onsen spa using mineral stones imported from Japan. According to the developer, the clubhouse is designed to support residents’ recreation and wellness needs.
During the Nam Long Journey 2025 event, the group also announced 11 enterprises as strategic distribution partners for Elyse Island. Nam Long said the selection of distribution partners aims to ensure consistent communication and effective market outreach.

Following the signing of agreements with distribution partners in early December, Nam Long outlined the project’s implementation timeline. Sales contracts with first-phase customers are scheduled to be signed in December 2025, while the Elyse Clubhouse is expected to begin operations in January 2026, allowing customers to experience the project’s amenities.
According to Nam Long, Elyse Island is intended to serve as a key project within the Legacy Collection, contributing additional high-end villa supply to the eastern area of Ho Chi Minh City in the coming years.
