The company has already sent mails to the eligible employees, stating that the company will credit the bonus along with the November salary. The bonus payout will differ based on employees’ performances in the September quarter.

It came as good news for the employees of the IT giant Infosys as the company will roll out an 85% average performance bonus payout to its eligible employees for the second quarter ending September 2024-25. The company will roll out bonuses to mid and junior level employees across all units, including sales and delivery, a report published in ET corroborated.

The company has already sent mails to the eligible employees, stating that the company will credit the bonus along with the November salary. The bonus payout will differ based on employees’ performances in the September quarter.

In Q2FY 25 ending September, the leading IT company reported 4.7% year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit at Rs 6,506 crore on a revenue up by 5.1%  at Rs 40986 crore. The rise in profit was experienced due the ramp-up of mega deals and the financial segment’s requirement of demand improvement.

The company said to the employees in sent mail that the tech company delivered a strong performance with broad growth. The favourable results are the testament of the employees’ unwavering dedication. It said that the company’s focus on margin performance and their industry-leading expertise on Cloud and AI.

The average performance bonus payout will be given to employees at band six(E6) and below.
