Ingredients to make Nargisi Kofta
- 2 bread slices
- 2 boiled potatoes
- 1 cup grated cheese
- dry feet
- chopped coriander
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- chopped green chillies
- Salt
- Oil
- Onion and Tomato Puree
- Ginger and Garlic Paste
- garam masala
- 1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Fenugreek seeds
Complete method of making Nargisi Kofta
- To make Nargisi Kofta, first separate the sides of the bread and crumble it and mix grated potatoes and all the spices in it. Now add mashed cheese to it and prepare a dough.
- Chop the dry fruits and keep them in a bowl. Then prepare the stuffing by mixing cheese, a little salt and black pepper. On the other hand, make small balls of dough, fill them with stuffing and make small balls.
- You put a pan on the gas, add oil in it and deep fry all the kofta balls and keep them in a vessel to cool. Now on the other hand, to make gravy, heat oil in a pan and add cumin, ginger paste and chopped green chillies and fry.
- Add onion and tomato paste to it and fry until it turns golden. When it seems that all the things have mixed well with each other, add one spoon turmeric, one spoon Kashmiri chilli, one spoon red chilli and one spoon green coriander powder and leave it on the gas for 5 minutes.
- Then after the masala is deep fried, add grated cheese to it. Now add water as required and cook for 10 minutes. When you feel that the gravy is ready, add fresh cream along with salt and Kasuri fenugreek and leave it for 5 minutes with a lid on the vessel. Then after some time, remove the lid from the vessel, put small balls of kofta in it and garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Now your Nargisi Kofta is ready, which you can serve with roti or paratha.
