Navjot Singh Siddu has written in his post that the ideal pH level of your water should be seven alkaline water to boost your recovery. Consume decoction of cardamom, basil, mint, ginger and cinnamon. Consume it as an alternative to tea. Observe the fast by having dinner before sunset, with the first meal of the next day at ten in the morning by giving a gap of 12 to 17 hours between dinner and breakfast.
Start in the morning with warm water, lemon juice, one teaspoon apple cider vinegar. Also eat two pieces of raw garlic on alternate days. After this, consume one inch of turmeric or turmeric powder and nine to ten neem leaves.
Consume fruits like mulberry, blackberry, strawberry or pomegranate, carrot, beetroot and gooseberry juice, one spoonful of mixed white sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, flaxseed or chia seeds. Try three pieces of walnuts, two pieces of Brazil nuts or almonds along with rock salt for snacking and coconut cream or avocado for healthy fatty acids.
