When Rajgira is cooked and half the milk is left, add finely chopped dry fruits and cardamom powder to it and cook well. – When the halwa becomes a little thick, turn off the gas. Rajgira kheer is ready, serve it garnished with dry fruits. This halwa is made just like rice halwa.
