Navratri Special Recipe: Navratri fast is going on and people are immersed in the devotion of Mother Goddess. There are many options of fruit food for those fasting during these nine days of Navratri. But sometimes I feel like eating something good and different. We are going to tell you a wonderful recipe for fasting. Sabudana is prepared in everyone's house during the fast. Some people make poha from sago and some make kheer or bade from it. Today we will tell you how to make sago dosa. This dish is going viral on the internet right now. So if you guys have not tried this recipe yet, then definitely try making it once.

Material (Navratri Special Recipe)

Sabudana-1/2 cup

Potato-1 boiled

Samak rice-1/2 cup

Curd-2 tbsp

Green chilli-2

Ginger-1 teaspoon

Cumin – 1 teaspoon

Black pepper-1 teaspoon

Coriander leaves-2 tbsp

ghee for baking

Rock salt – as per taste

water as per need

Method

1- To make sago dosa, first dry roast the sago in a pan for two minutes. After this, fry the samak rice in the same pan for one minute.

2-Now let them cool and put them in a mixing bowl. Then add boiled potatoes, curd, rock salt and water to it, grind it finely and take it out in a bowl.

3- Now cover the prepared dosa batter and keep it for 10-20 minutes. Then add cumin, black pepper powder, green chilli, grated ginger and fresh coriander and mix well.

4- After this, heat the dosa pan and grease it by applying ghee on it. Now to make Dosa, pour the batter with the help of a ladle. Cook it with ghee till it turns brown. Fold it and eat with chutney of your choice.
