Hyderabad: The teaser for NBK 109, titled Daku Maharaj and starring Nandamuri Balakrishna, has been unveiled, showcasing a dynamic transformation in Balakrishna’s character.
The teaser presents him as a fearless warrior who, despite lacking a kingdom, battles valiantly and even instills fear in death itself. This marks a shift from his typical action-heavy roles, as he appears to play a thief who robs the rich to aid the poor.
The film features a stellar cast, including Bobby Deol, Shraddha Srinath, Pragya Jaiswal, and Chandhini Chowdary. Directed by Bobby Kolli and scored by Thaman S, Daku Maharaj is produced by Suryadevara Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya under Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas. The film is set for a worldwide release on January 12, just in time for Sankranthi.
