NCP releases first list of candidates, Ajit Pawar will contest elections from Baramati

Announcement of names of candidates for Maharashtra Assembly elections is underway. The Nationalist Congress Party (NCP), which is part of the ruling coalition, has released the first list of candidates. Party supremo and Deputy Chief Minister in Maharashtra government Ajit Pawar will contest from Baramati. Let us tell you that the seat sharing between BJP, NCP and Shiv Sena has not been finalized yet. However, with mutual understanding all three parties are announcing the candidates.

NCP's first list includes 38 candidates. Dhananjay Munde has been made candidate from Parli, Dilip Valse Patil from Ambegaon, Ashutosh Kale from Kopargaon.

Joining tomorrow, ticket today

Rajkumar Badole joined NCP yesterday. His candidacy was announced today. Rajesh Wittekar's mother Nirmala Wittekar has also got the ticket. Prakash Solanke had demanded a ticket for his son, but NCP has made him its candidate. Hiraman Khoskar and Sulabha Khodke joined NCP from Congress and the party has announced their candidature. Ajit Pawar's party has made Nazim Mulla its candidate as a Muslim face against Jitendra Awad from Kalwa Mumbra seat.
