Netanyahu has cancer! Why did Israel hide this thing for 2 months? You will be surprised to know the reason

Digital Desk, New Delhi: A news has come out regarding Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu which has shocked the whole world. Netanyahu, 76, made his annual medical report public on Friday, revealing that he was battling prostate cancer. The most shocking thing is that he kept this serious disease hidden from the world for two months. Netanyahu himself admitted that he did this so that the enemy country Iran could not use this news for its propaganda.

Tumor detected after surgery

In December 2024, Netanyahu underwent surgery due to an enlarged prostate. At that time the Prime Minister’s Office had called it a normal process. But when examined after surgery, doctors found a malignant tumor less than a centimeter in size in his prostate. This was the first time in Netanyahu’s life that he was diagnosed with a fatal disease like cancer.

PMO released doctors’ letters

The Israeli Prime Minister’s Office also shared on social media official letters from the two doctors who treated Netanyahu. According to these letters, the cancer was detected at a very early stage and had not spread to other parts of the body (there was no metastasis). It became clear in all the medical tests that the tumor was very small and in the initial stage.

Radiation treatment carried out secretly

After being diagnosed with cancer, Netanyahu immediately started treatment, but did not let anyone know about it. According to Israeli sources, his ‘targeted radiation therapy’ started about two and a half months ago, which has now been completed. Netanyahu said that he opted for modern radiation therapy and now the tumor is completely gone.

“Thank God, I am healthy”

Giving an update on his health, Netanyahu wrote on social media, “Thank God, I am completely healthy now. There was a small medical problem in my prostate, the treatment of which has now been completed.” Netanyahu, Israel’s longest-serving PM, insisted he was now fully fit and would continue his work as normal.
