New ACP takes charge in Bara
Prayagraj. Ved Vyas Mishra formally took charge as the new Assistant Police Commissioner (ACP) in Bara area of the district. After assuming charge, he expressed his commitment to further strengthen law and order in the area and make policing effective and public welfare.
Immediately after assuming charge, ACP Ved Vyas Mishra held a meeting with the officers and reviewed the security arrangements of the area. He gave clear instructions that crime control should be given top priority and prompt and strict action should be ensured against any criminal activity.
He said that it is the responsibility of the police to resolve the problems of the common people in a timely manner. For this, public hearing will be made regular and effective, so that people can get justice at the police station level itself. Also, policemen were directed to establish better communication with the public and be sensitive to their problems.
On this occasion, the local police officers and employees of the area welcomed him and gave him detailed information about the geographical location of the area, crime trend and other important points. The new ACP assured that maintaining peace, security and rule of law in the Bara area will be his first priority, and for this the police will work with full diligence.
