New Allegations Surface Against Michael Jackson Estate

Fresh allegations have emerged against the estate of late pop icon Michael Jacksonwith four individuals filing a lawsuit accusing the singer of sexual abuse during the early 2000s.

The complaint, filed earlier this year, has gained renewed attention following recent media interviews by the accusers ahead of the release of the upcoming biopic based on Jackson’s life.

Details of the Allegations

According to court filings, the plaintiffs—reported to be three brothers and one sister from New Jersey—have alleged that the abuse occurred over several years when they were minors. The complaint claims they came into contact with Jackson through their father, who worked at a hotel frequently visited by the singer.

The lawsuit further alleges that the incidents took place during concert tours and private visits, including at the family’s residence. It also claims that individuals within Jackson’s professional circle enabled the alleged misconduct.

Estate Responds to Claims

Representatives of the estate of Michael Jackson have strongly denied the allegations. Legal counsel described the lawsuit as a “desperate money grab” and questioned the timing of the claims, noting that they have surfaced years after the singer’s death.

The estate has maintained that similar accusations in the past have been addressed and denied, and it intends to contest the current lawsuit.

Timing Linked to Biopic Release

The renewed attention around the case coincides with the release of Michaela biographical film based on Jackson’s life. The film, which has been produced with the involvement of his estate, has already generated significant public interest worldwide.

While early critical reviews have been mixed, audience response and box office performance have been strong, adding to the visibility of the controversy.
