New Expressway: This new expressway will pass through Haryana, these people will get benefits

New Expressway: Uttar Pradesh is going to get another big expressway soon. The process of drone survey has started for this new greenfield expressway being built from Panipat to Gorakhpur.

The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has completed the first 3(A) survey, while the second 3(A) survey is likely to be completed in the next ten days.

Who will not get compensation?

Gazette will be published after the drone survey is completed. After this, there will be a ban on buying and selling of ghats (land parcels) falling within the scope of alignment. Compensation will not be given on new construction done after the alignment is declared.

Therefore, people in the affected areas are being advised to exercise caution before any new construction.

Topography and digital mapping with drones

During topography survey through drones, digital records of houses, rivers, power lines and other structures present in the alignment area are being prepared. Engineers will be able to see detailed data of the entire area while sitting in the office.

Alignment survey has been conducted in 24 and 22 revenue villages of Gorakhpur Sadar along with 19 villages of Kaptanganj and Hata areas of Kushinagar. Technical survey was conducted in Campierganj tehsil area after marking with pillars and flags.

What will be the length?

After expansion, this expressway will connect a total of 22 districts of Uttar Pradesh and Haryana. Its total length is estimated to reach approximately 750 kilometers. According to officials, its detailed design will be prepared by February.

Disputes will reduce in land acquisition

Land acquisition will be planned on the basis of digital mapping prepared through drone technology. This will increase transparency and reduce the possibility of disputes.

Along with this project, positive news related to Purvanchal Expressway is also expected to emerge, which will further strengthen the connectivity of Purvanchal region.
