‘New India creates identity through work’, CM Dhami said on 12 years of PM Modi
Tezzbuzz Desk – Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami described the completion of 12 years of the central government under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi as the golden period of public service, good governance and development. He said that Prime Minister Modi’s tenure has proved important in making the country a self-reliant, secure and globally respected nation.
Chief Minister Dhami said that the public has proved by showing confidence in Narendra Modi in three consecutive Lok Sabha elections that the country now votes not only on slogans but on the basis of development and work. According to him, under the leadership of the Prime Minister, India has made remarkable progress in every field.
Taking aim at the Congress, he said that earlier the schemes were limited to papers only, whereas today the schemes are being implemented and launched in time bound manner. He claimed that the Modi government has worked to bring crores of people out of poverty, curb corruption and deliver government benefits directly to the people.
Dhami said that schemes like Ram Mandir construction, Jan Dhan Yojana, Ayushman Bharat, Ujjwala Yojana, Swachh Bharat Mission and Jal Jeevan Mission have brought positive changes in the lives of crores of people of the country. He also said that India today is among the leading countries in the world in the field of digital payments, infrastructure and technological development.
Referring to Uttarakhand, the Chief Minister said that under the guidance of Prime Minister Modi, work on development projects worth more than Rs 3 lakh crore is going on in the state. Projects like Kedarnath and Badrinath Dham redevelopment, Chardham All Weather Road, Rishikesh-Karnprayag Rail Project and Delhi-Dehradun Corridor have changed the face of the state.
The Chief Minister expressed confidence that under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi, India will soon become the third largest economy in the world and will achieve the goal of developed India.
