NAR India National Convention: NAR-India, the apex body representing real estate transaction advisors across the country, announced the new national leadership team after its annual conference held in Mumbai. The program facilitated more than ₹3000 crore of business transactions and further strengthened the growing influence of organized real estate brokerage in India.
More than 1,800 delegates participated from across the country
Touted as one of the largest events of its kind, the conference was attended by more than 1,800 delegates from across the country, including realtors, developers, investors, financial institutions, retailers and corporate occupiers. This extensive involvement has resulted in direct transactions, strategic partnerships and collaborations across markets across residential, commercial and retail sectors.
Discussions lead to concrete results
The event unfolded in the form of a high-value business forum, where structured B2B meetings, project presentations and investment related discussions yielded concrete results. Major corporate conglomerates such as Reliance Industries, Tata Group and Aditya Birla Group have actively explored real estate opportunities on a large scale, indicating that institutional interest in working with organized brokerage networks to ensure faster and more transparent transactions is steadily increasing.
