luxury car Brand MINI has launched its new generation Cooper Convertible S in India. The ex-showroom price of this car has been set at Rs 58.50 lakh. The car has been brought to India as a completely built unit (CBU), and bookings have begun at MINI showrooms. Also, immediate delivery is also being provided by the company. This car is specially designed for customers who want a sporty driving experience with an open roof.
A modern touch to classic MINI design
The new MINI Convertible S retains MINI’s traditional design identity, but with a number of modern changes. The front gets circular LED headlamps with three different DRL patterns. A new grille and welcome-goodbye light animation give the car a distinct identity, with the MINI logo projected onto the ground. The car’s compact length and straight side profile are its distinctive features. It gets new 18-inch alloy wheels. At the rear, there are LED tail lights and the name of the car is written on a black strip in the middle. This car is available in four colors.

Open roof and hi-tech interior
The biggest attraction of this car is its soft-top roof. The black fabric roof opens in just 18 seconds, even at speeds of up to 30 km/h. It can also be used as a sunroof when partially opened.
Looking at the interior of this car, MINI has retained its classic theme. It features a circular OLED touchscreen, which serves as both the instrument cluster and the infotainment system. This screen runs on MINI’s new operating system and also offers voice command support.

Powerful engine and fast performance
The new MINI Convertible S is powered by a 2.0 liter turbo petrol engine that produces 201 bhp of power and 300 Nm of torque. It comes with a 7-speed automatic gearbox. According to the company, this car accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 6.9 seconds and has a top speed of 240 km/h. For the safety of passengers, this car has 6 airbags, ABS, rear camera and many driver assist features.
