Make lunch and dinner special with new rice recipes: New Rice Recipes

New Rice Recipes: If you are bored of making plain rice or cumin rice, then you should immediately learn a new recipe of rice. This side dish will enhance your lunch or dinner experience. To give you a tasty experience, Tina Ahuja, a resident of Grihalakshmi Homechef Kanpur, has told some tasty recipes which your family members and guests will like very much.

Pineapple Fried Rice
Material
2 cups boiled rice
1/2 cup pineapple
2 tbsp finely chopped red capsicum
10-12 nuts
1 small onion finely chopped
2 tbsp peas
1 tbsp green onion finely chopped
1 green chilli chopped
1 tsp ginger finely chopped
1/4 tsp crushed black pepper
salt as per taste
2 tbsp oil
Method
Heat oil in a pan and then add finely chopped onion, green chilli, ginger and cashew nuts and fry for 1 minute on high flame. Add capsicum, peas, pineapple, coarsely ground black pepper, salt as per your taste and fry for 2-3 minutes while stirring gently.
Add boiled rice and cook for 2 minutes on high flame. Add finely chopped green onion leaves, turn off the gas and mix. Take out in a serving plate, garnish with green onion and serve hot.
Palak Paneer Pulao
Material
1 cup basmati rice
3 spoons ghee
1 large cardamom
1 green cardamom
4 cloves
1″ cinnamon
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon cumin
2 cups spinach puree
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups water
200 grams cheese pieces
1/2 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli
1 teaspoon biryani masala
1 teaspoon lemon juice
chopped coriander leaves
Method
Wash the rice thoroughly and soak it for 1/2 hour.
Put ghee in a pan and fry black cardamom, green cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, bay leaves and cumin seeds. Now add spinach puree in it. Now add turmeric powder, black pepper, salt and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Now add soaked rice in it, add 2 cups of water, add lemon juice. Add Kashmiri red chilli, biryani masala. Cook on high flame for 5 minutes, cover and cook on low flame for 6-7 minutes. Heat ghee in a pan, shallow fry the paneer pieces and mix them in the pulao. Also add coriander leaves. After making it, keep it covered for 10 minutes. Palak Paneer Pulao is ready.
Corn Capsicum Pulao
Material
1 bowl basmati rice
Yellow, green and red capsicum as per requirement – one each of medium size
1/2 bowl frozen corn
1 tomato
1 green chilli
1 lemon
1 onion
2-3 bay leaves
8-10 whole black peppers
3-4 cloves
1-2 green cardamoms
1/4 teaspoon cumin
salt as per taste
1 tsp ground garam masala
oil as required
Water as required-
Method
Wash the rice and soak it for 20-25 minutes. Then collect all the ingredients to be used in the pulao. Wash the capsicum and green chillies and cut them lengthwise. Wash the corn and cut the onion and tomato lengthwise. .
To make rice, pour as much water as needed in a pan, boil it on gas, add rice and cook it, cook the rice only 3/4th of the time and later cook it with vegetables. Take the rice in a strainer and drain out the extra water. Now heat the rice. Heat oil in a pan, add whole spices and then add onion and fry for 2 minutes.
After onion, add corn, three capsicum, green chilli, tomato and cook for 1-2 minutes, then add salt, ground garam masala and cook for 1-2 more minutes. Now add rice and mix further. Mix everything together by stirring, then add lemon juice and mix. Serve the pulao hot with any raita, curd, salad.
Garlic Mushroom Fried Rice
Material
200 grams mushroom
2 cups basmati rice
3-4 garlic cloves
1 onion chopped
1 tomato chopped
3-4 green chillies
2 tsp spring onion
2 teaspoons green coriander
1 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp tomato sauce
salt to taste
3 tbsp olive oil
Method
First of all, wash the Basmati rice and cook it in the cooker for 2 whistles.
Now on the other side, wash and cut the mushrooms and put them in hot water for 5 minutes. Then separate the water. Now add 1 tablespoon olive oil in a pan and let it heat, then add chopped mushrooms and some green onions to it. After 2 minutes add tomatoes and stir. Now turn off the gas.
Now pour the remaining oil in another pan, then add green chillies, garlic and onion and stir for 5 minutes. Then add soya sauce, tomato sauce and salt and stir, then add prepared basmati rice and mix well.
Now add spring onion and green coriander on top. And serve with tomato salsa. Garlic Mushroom Fried Rice is ready.
Tawa Pulao
Material
2 cups rice
1 teaspoon garlic ginger green chilli paste
2 small onions finely chopped
2 tomatoes finely chopped
1/2 capsicum finely chopped
1 potato
3-4 pieces boiled cauliflower
2 spoons boiled peas
1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli
1-2 tsp pav bhaji masala
Coriander as required
Method
For Pulao, first wash the rice thoroughly and soak it for half an hour. Boil water in a vessel, wash the rice once again, add salt and cook. Break the rice and see if it breaks properly. Then put the rice in a strainer and drain the water.
Cut the potatoes and cabbage into small pieces and boil them and put the peas in a small container in the cooker and boil them along with it.
Now add oil and butter in a pan. Then add cumin seeds. Add ginger garlic chilli paste then add onion capsicum and cook. Let the onion turn pink, then add tomatoes and salt and fry, and mash the tomatoes a little.
Then add more potatoes and cabbage and fry for 1 minute and then add Kashmiri red chilli powder, some pav bhaji masala and cook till the oil rises. Now add rice and peas and add some pav bhaji masala on top and mix well and add green coriander on top and mix. Serve hot.
