Mobile charging services: TATA Motors has launched a special service for its customers in Delhi-NCR area. Now the company will send the mobile charging van directly to the customer’s home or the location specified by them. This will save customers the trouble of going to public charging stations. Their car will be fast charged at the same location. TATA Motors has partnered with HopCharge for this facility. This service will be a boon especially for consumers who do not have a 3.3 KW or 7.2 KW personal charging point installed at home.

If you have booked a time to charge your car and later for some reason you need the facility at a different location, you can change the location. You are allowed to do this. So you can change it as often as you want. This plan provides the facility to ‘full charge’ the car once a month. Most importantly, if your car gets discharged somewhere in the middle of the journey, this van will come to your rescue in an emergency, helping to make your journey safer and worry-free.
