You need- 8 cloves of garlic, Kashmiri red chilli, salt as per taste, chilli flakes, black pepper powder, oregano, a little oil, butter, half teaspoon cumin, green chilli, 1 finely chopped onion, 1 tomato, half capsicum, half cup green peas, water as required, Maggi noodles and its spices, and a little coriander.

Easy way to make Desi Tadka Maggi

First of all peel the garlic cloves. Now grind them with Kashmiri red chilli, chilli flakes, oregano, black pepper powder and salt, adding a little water. In this way an aromatic and spicy paste will be prepared.

Now add some oil and butter in a pan and heat it. Using both oil and butter tastes better. When the pan is hot, add cumin seeds and let it crackle. After this, add chopped onion, green chilli and capsicum and fry lightly.

When the onion becomes slightly soft, add green peas, chopped tomatoes and prepared garlic-chilli paste to it. Fry everything well for 2-3 minutes, so that the aroma of the spices comes out well.

Now add water in it as per requirement. If you like more juicy i.e. soupy Maggi, then add a little more water and if you like dry Maggi, then keep less water. Add Maggi masala in water and let it boil. After this add Maggi noodles and stir gently.

Maggi will be ready in a few minutes. Finally, garnish with green coriander and serve hot Desi Tadka Maggi. In the cold of winter, this Maggi will double the pleasure of both taste and warmth.
