New Tata Sierra has been introduced in a total of 7 variants – Smart+, Pure, Pure+, Adventure, Adventure+, Accomplished and Accomplished+. The lineup has Smart+ base variants, which start at ₹11.49 lakhs. At the same time, the Adventure Petrol MT is a mid-spec variant, priced at ₹15.29 lakhs (ex-showroom).

Smart+ Base Variant

New Tata Sierra offers three 1.5-liter engine options, allowing buyers a good choice. The naturally aspirated petrol engine makes 106 hp and 145 Nm and can be taken with a 6-speed manual or 7-speed DCT. At the same time the 1.5-liter turbo petrol engine gives 160 hp and 255 Nm and comes with just 6-speed torque converter automatic.

The option also exists for those who like Diesel. The Diesel engine delivers 118 hp of power and 260 Nm in the manual, while the automatic generates 280 Nm of torque. Base variant petrol is limited to NA MT and diesel MT, while Adventure offers the option of petrol MT, petrol DCT and diesel MT.
