Saif Ali Khan Attack Case: A new twist has emerged in the case of the recent fatal attack on Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan. The accused's father Shariful Islam Shahzad has raised questions on the police investigation and claimed that the police has arrested the wrong person. According to him, the person seen in the CCTV footage of Saif's house in Bandra does not match his son. Apart from this, there is a relief news for the accused that what has been revealed in the medical report cannot lead to attempt to murder.
Revealed in Saif's medical report
After the attack on Saif Ali Khan, a new medical report has come out, in which the injuries sustained by the actor have been explained in detail. According to the report, Saif Ali Khan suffered injuries at five different places during the attack. He suffered a 0.5 to 1 cm injury on the left side of his back, while a 5 to 10 cm deep injury was reported on his left wrist.

Apart from this, the report also states that Saif had a 10 to 15 cm injury on the right side of his neck and a 3 to 5 cm injury on his right shoulder. Apart from this, a 5 cm injury has also been reported on his right elbow. These injuries make it clear that the attack was very serious, due to which the actor suffered serious injuries at many places. According to the report, if attempted murder i.e. Section 109 of BNS cannot be imposed on the accused in this case.
