New twist in Zubeen Garg death case, 4 people accused of murder –

Tezzbuzz Desk- Now a big legal twist has come in the case related to the death of Assam’s famous singer and actor Zubin Garg. Guwahati’s fast track court has framed charges against 7 people in this case, out of which 4 have been accused of murder. After this decision of the court, the matter has once again come into limelight.

According to reports, the court has imposed serious sections like murder, criminal conspiracy, cheating, extortion, criminal breach of trust and destruction of evidence in this case. Now this entire matter will be heard in detail in the court.

The four people charged with murder include Zubin Garg’s manager Siddharth Sharma, Singapore event manager Shyamkanu Mahanta, his former bandmate Shekhar Jyoti Goswami and Assamese singer Amrit Prava Mahanta. A case has been registered against all of them under section 103(1) of the Indian Judicial Code.

Apart from this, additional sections like extortion, fraud and destruction of evidence have also been imposed on Shyamkanu Mahanta. At the same time, charges of criminal breach of trust have also been added against Siddharth Sharma and Shekhar Jyoti Goswami. A case of destruction of evidence has been registered against Amrit Prava Mahanta.

The name of Zubeen Garg’s cousin and former Assam Police officer Sandipan Garg has also surfaced in the case. Legal action has also been taken against him. Apart from this, charges have also been framed against two private security guards.

After this decision of the court, now the hearing of the entire case is likely to be expedited. Zubin Garg’s fans and family have been demanding justice for a long time and now they hope that the truth of the case will come out in the court.
