Raipur : Nitya Rajwade (age 4 years 7 months), resident of village Patrapali under Baikunthpur development block of Koriya district, was suffering from congenital heart disease. Nitya’s name is registered in Anganwadi center Patrapani-1.
Since birth, Nitya suffered from weakness, early fatigue, difficulty in breathing and frequent cold and cough. During the health checkup conducted by the Viva team, he was examined by the doctor and referred to the district hospital Baikunthpur. After examination by the pediatrician in the district hospital, congenital heart disease was confirmed, after which the higher institute M.M.I. Referred to Narayana Hospital, Raipur.
Nitya was admitted to Narayana Hospital, Raipur under Chirayu Scheme. The operation was conducted successfully after necessary tests. After treatment, Nitya was discharged from the hospital. Under Chirayu Yojana, Nitya’s entire treatment was done completely free of cost.
At present Nitya Rajwade is completely healthy. Nitya’s parents are extremely happy and expressed their gratitude towards Viva Team, Patna along with the health department and said that this scheme has given a new life to their daughter.
