News of violence and attacks on Hindus worrying: Gehlot
Demanding the Narendra Modi government at the Center to take up this matter with the Bangladesh government, he said, “The Indian government should pay attention to the increasing violence against Hindu, Christian and Buddhist minorities in the neighboring country and strongly raise the issue of their security with the government there.”

Attacking the Centre, he said, “It is very surprising that the Indian government remained a mute spectator for so long on such a sensitive issue. This silence is continuously encouraging the anti-India external forces operating there.” Also said that instead of wait and watch, the government should take immediate diplomatic steps to ensure the safety of minorities living in Bangladesh.
Will not spare criminals: Bangladesh government
On the other hand, the interim government of Bangladesh condemned the lynching of the Hindu man and said that there is no place for such violence in the new Bangladesh. The perpetrators of this heinous crime will not be spared.
