Railways gives big relief to passengers on Holi, 3 pairs of special trains will run through Ratlam
MP News: In view of the increasing passenger numbers on the occasion of Holi, Western Railway has decided to operate three pairs of special trains through Ratlam division. These include special services between Indore-Hazrat Nizamuddin, Mumbai Central-Kathgodam and Mumbai Central-Kanpur Anwarganj, so that passengers can get easy travel facility during the festival.
Operation of Indore-Hazrat Nizamuddin special train
According to Ratlam Railway Division, train number 09309 Indore-Hazrat Nizamuddin Special will leave from Indore every Friday and Sunday at 5 pm. This train will reach Hazrat Nizamuddin at 5 am the next day, stopping at various stations including Dewas, Ujjain and Nagda. This service will be available till 27 March 2026. Whereas in return, train number 09310 will depart from Hazrat Nizamuddin at 8.20 am every Saturday and Monday and will reach Indore at 9 pm the next day via Nagda, Ujjain and Dewas. This train will run from 23 February to 28 March. In both directions, this train will stop at major stations like Dewas, Ujjain, Nagda, Shamgarh, Ramganj Mandi, Kota, Sawai Madhopur, Gangapur City, Bharatpur and Mathura. AC 2-tier, AC 3-tier, sleeper and general class coaches will be installed in it.
Mumbai Central-Kathgodam Weekly Superfast Special
In this sequence, train number 09075 Mumbai Central-Kathgodam Weekly Superfast Special will leave from Mumbai Central at 10.55 am every Wednesday. After night halt at Ratlam, it will reach Kathgodam at 2.30 pm the next day. This service will operate from 25 February to 25 March. In return, train number 09076 will leave Kathgodam every Thursday at 5.30 am and reach Mumbai Central at 9 pm on Friday via Ratlam. This train will run from 26 February to 26 March. From both sides, this train will stop at Borivali, Vapi, Valsad, Surat, Vadodara, Ratlam, Kota, Gangapur City, Hindaun City, Bharatpur, Achhnera, Mathura, Hathras City, Kasganj, Badaun, Bareilly Junction, Bareilly City, Izzatnagar, Baheri, Kichha, Lalkuan and Haldwani stations. Coaches of all major categories will be available in this train also.
Mumbai Central-Kanpur Anwarganj Superfast Special
Apart from this, train number 09185 Mumbai Central – Kanpur Anwarganj Superfast Special will depart from Mumbai Central at 10.55 am every Sunday and will reach Kanpur Anwarganj at 3.35 am the next day via Ratlam. This service will continue till March 29. In return, train number 09186 will leave Kanpur Anwarganj at 6.25 pm every Monday and reach Mumbai Central at 10.30 am on Tuesday via Ratlam. This train will operate from 23 February to 30 March. In both directions, its stop will be at Borivali, Vapi, Valsad, Vadodara, Ratlam, Kota, Gangapur City, Bharatpur, Mathura, Mathura Cantt, Hathras City, Kasganj, Farrukhabad, Kannauj and Bilhaur, while train number 09185 has been given an additional stop at Surat station. AC 2-tier, AC 3-tier, sleeper and general coaches will also be installed in this service.
